What an 'adventurous' day!
First, my friend told me the conference starts
at 10am when it actuallystart at 9am..
so ytd she happily told me to meet at 9.45am and
my fault for not checking the schedule of the conference..

In the morning, I was taking my own sweet time to prepare
only to receive a sms from her, telling me to meet me directly there
at 9am instead of '8.45am'..
She didn't realize she gave me the wrong timing.. -.-"
But I didnt told her too..

Second, I had to cab there..
And was told tt it will take me 1/2 hr to reach expo..
Was convinced tt the cab driver went the best possible and shortest way
though it took me more than 1/2hr to arrive..
Told my friend abt it, and she told me tt I was cheated as
the cab took a big turn to go there...
And 'good' for me, it was peak hrs..

Third, I ordered a french toast for breakfast during the break
and only to find out tt it was spread with
a rich layer of peanut butter!!!
Almost fainted and had to try to finish them up..

I felt so cheated!
And it totally spoil my appetite for the whole day..


Ok.. On a lighter note,
The conference went well. It was really insightful to an EC educator..
I learned new stuff and had also refreshed my almost forgotten
knowledge in certain areas..
Did miss out on some topics due to the interview
(it was great interviewing the professors)
and meeting my friend's clients..
Interesting to sit in and hear how they do marketing
and discuss about sales and collaboration...

And I met two of my lecturers there..
And as expected, it took them great effort to rmb who I was..

And talking abt the teaching aids,
I've spend almost a 100bucks already but I am
still thinking of getting some more helpful items
tomorrow..

And for tomorrow,
most probably I'll be sitting in for the conference and
doing the interview alone..

And it's really kind of tiring doing the event coverage
for the whole day..
For tomorrow, I'll definitely need some coffee to perk me up..
